Can I print coupons from local businesses?
Yes, while browsing our listings look for the "Deals On-Line" icon to see which businesses are offering printable coupons.
What businesses are included on Wizbee?
Our region covers businesses in El Paso and Teller counties.
How can I leave a review?
Click on the "Sign Up" tab at the top of the page. You will need an email address to complete and activate your account. After your account is created, you can click the 'leave a review' tab within a merchant's business description to rate a company based on a 5 star rating and type your written review.
When it is appropriate to leave a review?
You are welcome to leave a review after doing business with any of the companies listed on Wizbee.com. We ask that you post your reviews based on personal experience within 3 months of doing business with the company. Wizbee.com has an obscenity filter which will automatically delete any reviews containing offensive language.
How do I find a business on Wizbee?
You can search by company name or keyword, or browse by category on the home page. For example, if looking for new running shoes you can type "running shoes", "Nike", or a specific companies name in the search box to pull all relevant listings. You can also browse by category by clicking the "Shopping" tab and then clicking on the "Shoes" tab on the subcategory page to pull all relevant listings.
Can I access Wizbee from my smart phone?
Wizbee.com can be accessed by all web-browsing enabled phones and mobile applications will be available shortly.
Is my business listed on Wizbee?
You can search your business name to see if you have a free listing.
What if my company is not represented on Wizbee?
You can add your business with the 'Free' listing option under the 'Advertise' tab, contact us at 1-888-8WIZBEE or email us at info@wizbee.com and we will gladly add your company as a free listing.
What do I get with a free listing?
All free listings have contact information, a Google map pinpointing your location, and a section for patrons to rate and review your company.
How do I upgrade my free listing?
You can upgrade your free listing by clicking on the 'Advertising' tab, by contacting us at 1-888-8WIZBEE or emailing us at sales@wizbee.com.
What is included with an upgraded listing?
With an upgrade to a Featured, Premium, or Basic listing, you can add a full company description, videos, pictures, printable coupons, a website link, and have the ability to respond to all consumer reviews. Also all upgraded listings will fall above the free listings on the results page.
What else is included in a Featured listing?
Featured listings will always appear at the top of the results page and are limited to three per category. Featured listings appear larger and highlighted, accommodate a two line company blurb with a company logo and have an additional Google map pinpointing company location on the results page. Additionally, Featured listings will be included in Wizbee.com's marketing campaigns and a Featured businesses information will be distributed to over 80 of the top Internet search engines and business directories.
What else is included in a Premium listing?
Premium listings fall below the three Featured listings and above the Basic and Free listings on the results page. Premium listings have unlimited availability and include a company logo and semi-highlighted listing.
How do I manage my companies listing?
Once you have upgraded to a Featured, Premium, or Basic listing, you will be given an account where you can build and manage your listing as needed. You will be able to change and update your location, coupons, pictures, etc. as often as needed. You will need an email address and be present at your place of business(or wherever your business phone number rings to) to receive a phone confirmation in order to set up your account.
Do I need separate accounts for Featured, Premium, and Basic listings?
No. Multiple subscriptions may be added and controlled through a single account. For merchants whom want to advertise in more than one category, we offer the Premium Plus and Featured Plus subscriptions which will allow multiple categories of the same subscription type to be controlled by one account.
How do I build my listing page?
Wizbee.com's listings are buildable through simple "Browse & Click" and template applications.
What if I need help building my listing?
All upgraded listings include technical support assistance. You can call 1-888-8WIZBEE and our support team will walk you through your build. We are also available to help you at our office Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm.
What is the length of a Wizbee contract?
All contracts are month to month, however we do offer significant discounts for yearly contracts. Contact us at 1-888-8WIZBEE for more information. All monthly contracts can be suspended by calling us at 1-888-8WIZBEE.

Can I track the number of times my listing has been viewed?
Yes. Wizbee.com uses Google Analytics to track traffic to each individual listing page. All clients will be given a monthly report on how many times each page in their listing has been viewed.
I don't have a logo, pictures, or videos to upload into my listing, and I do not feel comfortable writing my own business description.
We have agreements with local companies that can assist you with logos, videos, pictures, and copywriting. Call or email our office and we will help you out.
Can I add a back-link to Wizbee on my business website?
Yes. We actually encourage back-links. The more back-links to Wizbee.com, the higher Wizbee.com will fall on the National search engines, therefore exposing your listing to a larger audience.
How am I going to be billed?
All accounts are set up on automatic, monthly electronic debits.
How can I pay?
You may for your Wizbee.com listing using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or ACH checking account payments.
Is my billing information safe?
Absolutely. We use Authorize.net as our payment gateway. Authorize.net is the most widely used and secure payment gateway on the Internet today. Credit card and checking account information is not stored in Wizbee's database.
